Shipping Policy

All orders include free shipping, ensuring you enjoy our products without any additional delivery charges.

We currently ship throughout the USA only, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately at this time we are not yet able to ship our products internationally due to regulations pertaining to the alcohol content of perfumes.

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday). Shipping times within the contiguous states are 3-5 days, while shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 5-7 days. Please note that during a launch period, shipping times may be longer due to high demand. 

Return Policy

Modern Magic accepts returns on regularly priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Fragrances must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Please note that a $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund amount. 

In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, please email support@modernmagicfragrance.com for further assistance.

If you decide to return an item(s), we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable. 

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product. 

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

Once your return is approved, you will be provided a return label. Please note that a $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Your return should be in its original packaging and original shipping box (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

TIME TO RETURN

If you process your return within 14 days from the delivery date and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus the $12 for shipping and handling. However, if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, refunds are allowed only in the sole and absolute discretion of Modern Magic.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
