ShipPing

We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.

We process orders Monday to Friday, excluding holidays, with process and handling taking 3-5 business days. Shipping within the 48 contiguous states typically takes 3-5 business days. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping may take 8-10 business days.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email from us with your tracking information. Tracking notifications will be sent when the order is processed, not shipped. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to go live upon receipt of tracking.

Route is a premium package protection provider for Modern Magic. When you add Route to your order, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, the Route team will review it, and they will get back to you within 24 hours. If you have purchased Route you will receive a confirmation email from them. You can also proceed to file a claim here or email us at support@modernmagicfragrance.com.

Refund/replacement requests for damaged orders must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests after this point will be denied.

If your package is not protected with Route, Modern Magic is unable to accept any liability for damage to your order.

If Route covers your order you should receive an email from them post-purchase. Simply go to Route's claims website to submit your claim. The Route team will review your claim and get back to you within 24 hours.

Order And Payment

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the order has been processed. That is to say, expect a charge within 3 to 5 business days.

Unfortunately, we cannot change your billing address after the order has been processed. Rest assured, your order will still arrive at your door.

Returns And Refunds

Modern Magic accepts returns on regularly priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Fragrances must be unopened and unused to be eligible for return. Please note that a $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the case of damages, missing items or incorrect items received, please email support@modernmagicfragrance.com for further assistance.

If you decide to return an item(s), we are unable to refund your original shipping costs, if applicable.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product.


SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNED PRODUCTS

Once your return is approved, you will be provided a return label. Please note that a $12 fee for shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund amount.

Your return should be in its original packaging and original shipping box (if available). Otherwise, pack your return in a well-padded box to prevent damage in transit. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.


TIME TO RETURN

If you process your return within 14 days from the delivery date and we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment minus the $12 for shipping and handling. However, if more than 14 days have passed since the delivery date, refunds are allowed only in the sole and absolute discretion of Modern Magic.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Once your return is approved for a refund and your item is received, then your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.
